We (operators of this website and developers of X10Receiver.NET v2; Philipp Keck) respect your privacy. In no way will we sell, rent or lease your personal information or give it to a third person in any other way. Collection of personal data is limited to the technically required minimum or is performed anonymously.

This Privacy Statement informs you of our privacy practices and any information that is collected online or in our software is used.

Data collection on this website

Information like your name or your contact address(es), that you entered on our web site to create an account or to order licenses, are only stored for these purposes.

In no event your personal information will be given to a third person or evaluated statistically.

Former licensing system

Within the scope of our software validation system, we used to gather the following data from you: your name, your e-mail address and your HardwareID #1 and #2. Those HardwareIDs identify your computer but they don't allow to determine your identity or the hardware or the software you use. This data was only used for licensing matters. These were: Serial generation, validation and consignment, identification of incoming payments, notification about automatically changed serials and support requests. Today, this data is only stored and used for support requests and new data is only collected when you actively contact us for support. Information about PayPal's Privacy Policy is located here.
All data that reached us with your bank transfer was only used to assign your payment to your order and is possibly used for the inland revenue tax reports.

Right of Access

You are entitled at any time to request information about all data (beloning to you) stored on our servers, it's origin and purpose. Further information on how to contact us can be found at the top of this page.
